Over the winter i decided to take a look at the piston of the bike because i thought it sounded a little clattery (as you can hear in the first video) and i found out the piston ring caught the exhaust port, snapped off the ring, took a good chunk out of the piston and scratched up the cylinder wall. i had it rebuilt by arkport cycles and now it sounds much better and has much more power.
I believe my first was a 79' and my second was an 80'. I agree with the other fella, I loved mine also and really wish I had one now.

Had one of these brand new, I was only 14 years old and too small, but rode it for many years. I have had many bikes in my life, Yamaha, Honda, Kawasaki, but have to say this bike was probably the most favorite bike I ever had. I just loved how the motor worked, for woods and sand pits. Thanks for posting, nice bike.
