5/7-Artificial Structures-Vegetation-& True colors on Mars

Straight out of JPL's and NASA's own data base,they are L4L5L5L5L6 type pictures. That means TRUE color ! It is true that colors are used to emphasize certain details. But what NASA does is more than just that. the reason NASA put a pink atmosphere on Mars instead of the correct light blue, is that a blue sky indicates a thicker atmosphere and the presence of oxygen and water. also photos have shown water running on mars, something that is impossible in the thin atmosphere of the 9 or 10 millibars Nasa claims it has.

@AkamuSlayer I think he means the sky is not red. LOL Yes Mars is red with Iron Oxide, in which water and O2 was needed to oxidize the soil. But Mars does have a blue /white sky as amateur and hubble shots show ...It also has green regions as early astromoners saw change with the seasons like Geovannie Schaperelli and Persival Lowell saw... But yes the majority is red deserts ...orange and yellow too ...whatever :)

Has anyone tried this? There is a gift to us all from Bill Nye the science guy The mars rover's colorful sun dial. Take a original image of the sun dial with its wonderful colors before launch while it was on earth. Take a image from the sundial in a picture while on mars and the colors are a little off huh? Adjust colors to match especially any white parts of rover, and create a filter, apply filter to mars images and see what mars looks like to a human on mars:) Enjoy!

I have seen Mars through a telescope. It IS red, there is no doubt about that. Im not saying i dont believe this, but how could the atmosphere be seen as red from earth?
