Composed by Tommy Emmanuel, performed by Graham Choo. I love this song's tune, and I realized that it's not that hard to play actually. Wrote out the tabs and they can be found on my blog. The song is played with a drop D tuning (DADGBe). All the best learning the song!

Tabs can be found at http://grahamchoo.blogspot.com/2009/01/angelina.html

  • @Shedal Haha I wish that were me playing XD. That's just my favourites list I think. I haven't uploaded anything onto youtube yet because I lack video recording devices :(.

  • And by the way, I find that on youtube there are only two Angelina covers which are close enough to Tommy. Yet I see flaws in both of them.

  • @Shedal Well I really don't find it too difficult when playing with only the fingers. It's really more about smooth transitions and controlling the dynamics. If you have good timing on top of those then that's pretty much it. This is a fairly simple tune compared to some of Tommy's other stuff.

  • @chaoticblue123 haha, you're completely wrong about Angelina. Actually it's much harder than it sounds!

There are a lot of points where you think you're done with understanding and you anly need to work it out technically. But then you realize there's a lot more in Angelina than you thought before. And this circle repeats several times :)

The Devil is in the details ;-)

  • Wow.

  • Really Good!

  • It's really not that difficult if you try it. It seemed really hard watching Tommy play but many of his slower songs such as Angelina are actually quite manageable. The only difficult part of this song is the hybrid picking, though it is a must if you wish to have a great range in tone and dynamics that this song can offer.

  • nice. well done man! u should play it on ur bro's acoustic...would give it more ring to the music. great job on the harmonics too!

  • Ouai bien joué =)

  • ahhaa, its cool its cool :]
