@chopperlakes12 - this is the same style, I also learn from a student of Paul Whitrod, and he did learn from this mans father (the older man at the end).

sorry, i didn´t want that it sound like, that ip sui destroyed the style. my grandmaster was a student of ip sui, and he means that ip has too much modernized the style, but my master teaches the traditional spm, what my grandmaster means that is much better (sorry for my bad english)

these two men are the present grandmaster of kung fu praying mantis style and his father, (who died at 91 in 2004) was his predecessor in this rank, direct apprentice and heir to the founder of the style as it is known today. the old man estabilished himself in his younger years as one of the strongest fighters ever in hong kong, in barehand fights.

u notice this shits fake. he isnt even kicking that kung fu guy in the nuts hard. Have a look at every kick he does, its like he stops right at the point of impact, like how a wwe wrestler kicks soomeone in the nunts. Look at the 2.42 kick, he does a small jump upon impact, to give it that kick effect,

I can tell you its actually no fake. Its an old chaolin excersise.Well at least it was known as this.Watch the mind body and kickass episode.He can suck it in at will.But i heard the longtime effects are not great if you want to have a baby.
