  • This is awful. There's too much going on. What was he thinking?

  • "It's not about the notes you play, but the notes you dont play" - some jazz musician.

I realize that Christopher is trying to play this song in his own way, but it feels like its lacking what i assume elliott intended in his emotive simplicity.

  • Brad Mehldau should be covering E.S., not this guy.

  • i appreciate the way he brings out the epicness of the chord changes, as on a piano that surpasses a guitars abilities. yes, elliotts song is simpler, but elliott also is a major fan of chord changes, and i think he would love this.

  • It's OK if you don't like it, but I am sure Elliot would have loved it (have you heard Elliot play Rachmoninoff?), and Radiohead loved his transcriptions of their songs.

I've heard him play two concerts of these, and it is challenging, but more than worth it.

  • nightmare

  • WAY BETTER VERSION: /watch?v=-Nwf9afokOE

  • Way too relentless. Not a fan.

  • too many notes

  • i like the wall of sound.

  • let go of the pedal goddamnit

and just chill. don't stuff it full.

  • uhhhh this sounds like off, dissonant bull shit.
