  • I have 2 questions. How many repetitions of the push ups you, for every position?

    You do this exercises even if your elbow is hurting you?

    2 Sets of 10, build up from there.

    If you have real inner elbow problem, this exercise will not bother that injury.

  • i recently did a pull up with one of those bars that you put on your door, while i was trying to do that (the pull ups) i felt pain in my elbow. the pain in the middle of the inside part of the arm. i dont think its golfer's elbow because the pain is a little above where a golfer's elbow is suppose to hurt.

    when i do pull ups or bicep curls it hurts. i have stopped doing exercise and would like some advice.
