    this site is continually ruined by advertising which spoils the continuinity of the video's lets face it youtube probably earns more then I do in a year I think it's me that needs the advert sponsoring not youtube

    No way, YouTube advertising allows small businesses like ours to provide high quality information or entertaining videos completely free of charge for users like yourself. Think of television; you pay for cable and still have to watch commercials. We love YouTube and it lets us do what we love to do. No complaints here, especially for something that we/you don't pay a penny for.

    I LOOOOOVE your videos! I need a workout that is suited to my particular level of fitness. I had plantar fascia surgery last year and my foot is never going to be the same. My doctor stressed the importance of me losing weight, saying for every pound I lose, it takes 3 lbs. of pressure off of my feet. I gained quite a bit of weight and I'm trying to get it off, but can't do anything too long standing up. Any suggestions?

    Personally, I like the added 15 seconds of rest the advertisement interruptions allow.

    I've been doing a different workout Mon-Fri for the past three weeks using Fitnessblender and my tummy is toned as are my legs, arms and booty. This is free folks! Stop complaining!
