This week Inside USA travels to Mexico to look at the the drug war going on there, and to examine how the United States is involved. The bodies are piling up - over 1800 killings so far this year alone.

America is the problem not Mexico. Supply and Demand. We demand the drugs and at the same time WE supply the guns. The money we give them and the guns keep the cartels in power which in turn make thousands of Mexicans run in fear and immigrate illegally to the US. Of course the media won't feed it to you this way even though this is what's happening. Kill the problem at its source and reduce demand and stop the gun trafficking.

@heresyournametagmark That's why I said thousands not all of them. Yes the percentage of people who immigrate for reasons related to the cartels is low but it still plays a part in those in the northern states. People wouldn't react too positive at all if the media came up and said "America, you're the reason there's a drug war!" so it's easier to say it's the Mexican's fault even though we're actually the ones financing the cartels.

@xTMHxPRODUCTIONSx Millions want the drugs and the cartels simply supply those people. Or do you honestly think the cartels make tons of cocaine to see who makes the biggest mountain? They make it because the American people want it. If your classmates want weed so the cartels find a way to get it to them. I wasn't talking about the cartels going door to door demanding money from people like you clearly understood.

It's Economics 101, you'll learn about it in high school and hopefully improve your English as well because you just took a shit on it. Supply and demand of weed being bought from the U.S by the Mexican cartels has made them strong and wealthy.This is a WAR and to win it Both countries must cut of the supply of income from the cartels.(weed=money=power,but power causes corruption)This problem has to be solved internally(Mexico) as much as externally(U.S).Mexico might of started the fire and is most to blame for the drug war but the U.S fuels it.......Y Que Viva Mexico!
