A county sheriff says DMX is suspected of giving a false name and Social Security number to a hospital to avoid paying a 75-hundred dollar bill.The sheriff says the investigation grew out of an animal neglect probe last year at the rapper's Phoenix home. DMX was arrested in that case on felony drug charges and misdemeanor animal cruelty charges - after authorities seized 12 pit bulls and dug up the remains of 3 others.Miley Cyrus hopes her new album - gives her more props for her talent. '7 Things' is the single from her album, 'Breakout' - due in stores Tuesday.
