For the fourth year in a row, the 8th grade chorus of JC Booth Middle School in Peachtree City was invited to perform at an Atlanta Braves game. This year, 53 students wowed the crowd with their special rendition of the National Anthem. Chorus Director Rachel Green said it's hard to get the kids ready to sing the song with only two weeks of the school year to practice. We asked several students what they thought of singing in the Braves stadium. A convincing "awesome" and "scary" were the two top replies.
"Did they sound OK?", Green asked. What can we say? Have a listen and let the voices of these young Fayette County students win your heart.
