http://www.TripleThreatMuscle.com/ We use the ropes a lot at Renegade Gym. This is just one way and one of many versions of inverted rows that we use. The exercise can be made more difficult by lowering your hands and/or putting your feet up on a box. When that no longer works, add a weighted vest. The rope is two inches in diameter and really works your grip. Be sure to keep your chest up, back arched, and squeeze the shoulder blades together at the top.
