We were standing in line watching to get on Penn. Ave for the parade and inauguration. When I heard a people fussing and cussing at this guy. In a crowd of people this guy pulled his penis out and pissed. Keep me mind we were packed like sardines. I had to put this guy on blast. YOU THE STUPIDEST MOTHERSUCKER I HAVE EVER SEEN. OH THE PORTAJOHNS WERE RIGHT OUTSIDE OF SECURITY. THE GATE WAS ON 12TH STREET!!!
