If Cham was "black," why are we to assume that his brothers, Shem and Yepheth weren't? Or his parents, for that matter? Was Cham "black," Shem, "white" and Yepheth "in between?" Can this be proven? Now, Cham had four sons. Kuwsh, Mitsrayim, Puwt and Kena'an. In this case, Kena'an was cursed, not the others. Are we to believe, then, that every "black" person is descended from this one son? The children of Kuwsh, Mitsrayim and Puwt no longer exist? This would have to be the case, would it not?

to "cover a man of his nudity" actually was a loosly translated adaptation by King James. What ham did was Ham had sex with one of Noah's Wives. Noah knew of this as he awoke, meaning that his wife told him of the events on noahs's, nakedness, or absence of the events

Lev 20.11 explains what "SAW HIS FATHERS NAKEDNESS" means....Another point ! Gen 5.32 Noah was 500 yrs old, and Noah begot Shem, Ham and Japheth...What does that tell you? and then Noah went on to live to be 950yrs....Another thing Noah was a righteous/just man and PERFECT in his GENEALOGY which is why Gen 5.8 Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord....His GENES where PERFECT (no race mixing/pure) and he was a just man. Noah cursed Canaan not God....Ham committed an awful sin.

The treatment of conquering nations & their treatment of exiles were clearly different, the people either served them & some were treated as Slaves. if we look at the bible regarding oppressing people, killing them, treating them badly we can see these people were treated as slaves and that in the bible is unexceptable, look at the history of nations that done it, they did not get rewarded for treating people as slaves. Our own time also shows the difference in how our Rulers treat us.

an interesting thing i have learnt on here about Canaanites, they were the most numbered people on the planet, The table of nations following the breakaway from the three Sons, the canannites spread as far as Australia, NZ & other places whilist the other groups were smaller in number but more dominant. Im not sure if this is true or not, but if it is Canaanites have their roots in many countries as indigious people & were not slaves. there is a difference between slave & servents.
