Chapter 14-2. Happy Birthday. First things first your going to have to find that weapon hiddin for you. Unfortunately the bathroom is locked. Track down the sailor who has the key, and in return for doing some dirty work, he will lend it too you. After you've got the gun, it shouldn't be long before the speech begins. I tried to make it so you could hear the the guys speech before I killed him, but the other people in the audience were too loud. Coulda saved some time there, but whatever, the mission went well. The sailor started a fight with me because I didn't clean the toilet and then the guards started shooting so I used the councilor for cover, and they killed him :D

I think just cause it's different, not on the same map as the rest of the game. That gun is terrible, I was lucky that last shot caught the guy in the face.

I didn't find the man with the key, and because it took me so long to find him, the councillor went to the speech, and then i just punched him to dead, then I escaped with the boat:))

When I first played this I couldn't find the gun, so I beat the shit out of him with the bucket. It worked.

i did it somewhat differently, by standing on the upholstered plank, shoot him in the back, then run to paullie
