Egyptian Spiny Mouse (Jack)

He's Jack, our mouse (Egyptian spiny mouse) becoming friendly with the camera. We've got another one of this kind of mouse and it's a girl, Amy. They're in one cage now and Amy doesn't really like Jack... :S Jack spent a half day and a full night with Amy and he's still alive so we hope that they'll be fine together. Jack became family member: 04. 04. 2009.; Amy: 2008. 09. 14.. Amy is bigger. I guess she's fatter not just older than Jack.

they bite but i got those two but i got them like 3 weeks and only got bite 1 time if u got sun flower oil they lick your finger :D

Unfortunately we had to give them away because our cat gave birth to 5 kittens. :D:D

Yeah unfortunately they do... they are really care for their territory. But we love them. :)

I had an egyptian spiny mouse a couple of years ago. I think she was mistreated. I got her for free because she was missing her back to feet and most of her tail. The store couldn't sell her. I was willing to give her a nice home. She was very very angry. I would hold her for not even a minute when she would latch on to my finger and I had to pry her off. :/
