  • can you cook moi moi in a pressure cooker?

  • @pirell Yeh I believe so

  • Oh wow! This is the way to go, I mean the oven method and pans used...could you please tell me where I can get the foil pans you cooked the moi moi in? Please and thank you:)

  • @idachab1

Hello, Not sure where you are writing from, but you can get the foil pans from the larger Ethnic food retail outlets and even from Supermarkets.

Thank you for your encouragement. God bless you.

  • Your recipe is good but what if one lives in a place where the ground beans and Alafia tomato are not available? Why not explain how else the paste could be made as well as the information that stew could be used instead of the Alafia tomato?

  • I made mine today using your method (oven) and it came out great.

  • @oyiboable you can even find the ground beans in Asian/Indian markets and if you are living in US, that is pretty much everywhere. As for the Alafia, there are similar sauces you could use you just have to add some extra spices to give the flavor your looking for.

  • thank you my wife so much doing this video, now I know how to do it myself and an even easier way then how my sister in-law was doing it. now i can make her jelous at the next family dinner...oh i can't wait to make this for my husband

  • @pirell i dont think so, i think the moi moi might explode the pressure the pressure cooker uses too generate steam might be too much for the! am just guessing o
