  • BBC are a disgrace for not showing any Pulp

  • Great sound quality, and you kept the camera still, - i hate video's where the person taking the video is bouncing around - good video

  • @Alastair1874 It was a secret set and they dont have BBC film crews at the park stage. It would be a disgrace for there to be even more film staff on site taking up space and wasting money. It was more special this way.

  • @Alastair1874 No they aren't. 1) It was a surprise set. 2) It was on the Park Stage and there are very rarely if EVER cameras there. There weren't any for Radiohead, or Thom and Jonny, Biffy Clyro in 2010. It is part of what makes it so special when you are actually there.

  • Pure j0y!

  • @MegaDanDrum or when it's filmed with a crappy cellphone, and all you haer is ggaggrrgaagdnjhjheabbgjippsscchhggee...and it's all blurry and chopy.

  • @Alastair1874 It was Pulp's own request not to be filmed.

  • I love that Pulp played the Park, like Radiohead on the Friday, it is fast becoming the place to be for bands that call Glastonbury their home. Loved it and really did steal the weekend for me this year. Absolutley loved this chorus kicking inhere. Heaven..

  • @GaranceKan The park stage is fast becoming the place to be for the suprise guests, if your knackered and covered in mud, chill in the stonebridge and wait to see what happens.....it worked for me ,but hey i was working that area anyway, covered in mud and knackered,

  • All this talk about Pulp has got me thinking about buying a day ticket to see them at this years Reading festival! There actually appears to be some confusion as to who is headlining that night - the official website seems to suggest the Strokes are (no bad thing of course).Oh and good to see on your channel page you like Suzanne Vega - Luka (one of my fav songs of all time!)

  • @revol148 I don't see anything unfair in Pulp as a surprise guest at the Park. On the contrary, the Park is the best place for those sort of act who get the main stage treatment all the time. A band like them in such a small stage is a blessing for all who bet on the surprise act !!! People make a choice, see Elbow on the other stage, or gamble and see Pulp at the Park !!! MAGIC !!!! Beside, on the left top part of the Park, are plenty of space to see and hear from afar...

  • @mozza345 the idea is interesting - i grant you that BUT when there were people who had paid £200 for a ticket - not me I should add as I was "working" - I think it is unfair on those who would have liked to see them and as I said before in an area of the site better suited for a stage (the bottom of a slope springs to mind!) There is plenty of locations: the entire Shangri-La area should be cleared of those "installations" and the self-indulgent people who work there to make room.
