@roflex2 no shit, that's what i told that idiot sheshaman, he basically said that deadlifts are the worst exercise ever and that doing them at all will mess up your back, apparently he didn't know what he was talking about and was talking out of his ass

@6garbageman9 It is the most common exercise to cause lower back injury, so he isn't talking out his ass and if you do it the way this guy is you are even more likely to fuck it up.

@6garbageman9 He just doesn't want a permanently fucked lower back. You MUST arch your lower back, rounding it like that is asking for an injury.

@xstarkravinmaddx Of course he is doing something right to get that jacked, it doesn't mean he isn't putting unncessary strain on his spinal discs though, his lower back is rounded and not arched, sure it might be ok now, but it is only a matter of time before he does an injury. Everyone who injurs themselves doing deadlifts does so from rounded lower back, it is basically the only way you can injur yourself doing it.

I love the steriod comments.... notice the brown shirts the bro is miltary just FYI, they drug test. The form isnt PERFECT, hes doing it for reps, this isnt near his 1 rep max, hell its prob more close to 65% of his 1 rep max. This being stated all these perfect form comments are stupid, this isnt a powerlifting comp, this is him messing with his hypertrophy range. So many internet personnel trainers it cracks me up. This dude is baddass check his bodyspace, he must be doing something right.
