the shop in my town will look at you and say as soon as you mention tint "Legally its 35% cops will get there personal cars 25% and so they are a little leniant but we tell you the legal limit so we cant be held responsible if you get in trouble for darker." a lady came in saying she got a ticket for 5% tint and tried to get them to redo it in a lighter tint and they said sorry we warned you our warranty can replace it in 5% but nothing else since thats what you paid for... i work at that shop

@moparmaniac21 most shops will do illegal tint if u ask them to, you'll pay a lil more and wont get a receipt so you can't incriminate them if u grt in trouble. Darkest most will go without charging extra is 20%

@letemrip32 35% is whats legal in many states and its hard to find someone that will do illegal tints, unless you do it yourself which is a pain in the ass.
