What I'm saying is that is was a GREAT show, and damn good music too. I think 6 bucks was a heavy duty deal. Heavy freakin duty.

I walk in there one night and they demand a cover charge of $6. I complained "Hey! I'm just here for toast!". I paid it.
In moments I saw the singer reciting words from a burning bible. A few minutes later they crucified him on a cross. Naked women danced onstage, and the guitarist smashed his way across the bar. You can't really put a pricetag on this stuff.

I had a local bar that featured bands at night. I lived about 30 seconds walk away, and since I lived in a party house I couldn't use the kitchen. I would go over there for toast and coffee. Great toast.
