It's still was a big thing even if it was a small one. They are rare here. They don't happen every year and plus they never really do damage. This one did damage. So of course it would be a big thing because it's rare to have damage.

@Shaunnahatesyou Actually if you know what goes on this is big. This is the first tornado in 50 years to be in city limits of Billings. The normal area that tornados happen in are the Heights region which is not in city limits. So yes tornados have happened here in Billings before this one but not in city limits much. That's why it was getting a lot of a big deal.
