1995 F150 SAS Part 2

couldnt get much work done this week, just grinded the old coil spring buckets off and cut the link brackets off the axle to make room for coilover brackets, freezing cold and long dentist appointment killed my weekend :/ more work next week 12/13/10

i kno it sounds like a dumb question sry if it does...but i jus wanted to get an idea of what i was getting into before i started on it...do they have to be pressed out?or can you jus beat them out?

@twiztid1fiddy i have no, idea, mine where shot and knew i was swapping a D44 under it, i never bothered with the bushings... ask on ford truck club dot net. we have quite a few members with early nineties trucks

can u leave the truck on the ground to change the twin i beam bushing..jus curious i been searching on here and cant find a vid on changing those any help would be appreciated thanx

@twiztid1fiddy no, the full weight of the truck needs to be off the I-Beams to remove them and the bushings
