i kno it sounds like a dumb question sry if it does...but i jus wanted to get an idea of what i was getting into before i started on it...do they have to be pressed out?or can you jus beat them out?

@twiztid1fiddy i have no, idea, mine where shot and knew i was swapping a D44 under it, i never bothered with the bushings... ask on ford truck club dot net. we have quite a few members with early nineties trucks

can u leave the truck on the ground to change the twin i beam bushing..jus curious i been searching on here and cant find a vid on changing those any help would be appreciated thanx

@twiztid1fiddy no, the full weight of the truck needs to be off the I-Beams to remove them and the bushings
