@AnEmotionalTrebuchet game engines use something called an 'alpha channel' for transparency. Rather than a 'map', the alpha channel is a fourth color channel (in addition to the standard RGB) that specifies which pixels are see-through.
Search 'unity alpha channel tutorial'.

@Alusaint Hey bro sory for bein annoying im fairly new to this, but when i export a model with the transparent plane and with the hair on it, and i import it to Unity3d, the white planes come back, and its not transparent anymore. No idea what to do . THanks soo much for all your help

@SuperWease1 I know but thats only for black hair doing this for different colors and it would be seen obviously.
