I actually didn't own Family fun! And I believe I had Pets as well.
Still quite good vision, though.

Back when I uploaded the house, lots that did not get enough downloads or were not rated high enough within a certain amount of time would be removed by EA from the site. I'm not sure if this still happens now. But unfortunately this house is gone for good because I started fresh with a new game and didn't take the house with me.
So sorry about that. You could make the house yourself if you follow this as a guide. But I never thought it was that good of a house to begin with. :)

@DonkeyChum2000 Yeah ok)and I was wondering in a video I just saw a video called "not another sims house" and at parts like 3:25, you had a diangnagle chair and was it included in thegame or just from modthesims?

It is definitely included in the game. And I'm pretty sure it was in the base game. It may have been one of the expansions but I can't remember. Sorry!
