Once you get up to it, straighten your arms, do it on the floor instead of those kettlebells, straighten your back so that it's arched, and point your toes.

@ilegal95 yep, frogtstand is one of the first things in the planche progression, just google "The Elite Planche Guide", it is great.

Actually you don't suck: you're able to push your hips really high and your back it's almost straight (and doing tuck planche with straight back it's a lot harder)!
It's not an easy move and I can't do it like that! So..

@dying2l Yeah I have improved a bit since filming this. My longest hold was probably 20 seconds when I was training this regularly.
