  • It was the same comment i removed it because it was stuck on my front page this is a military court martial with 3 judges not the same thing asa trial by judge and jury

  • @spacepatrolman

No you are guilty until proved innocent

  • @gmt3010 INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT

  • @spacepatrolman

I thought in the military it was reversed. That in a courts-martial, the defendants are considered guilty until they are cleared. The reversal of our civil criminal courts.

don't use caps. it really does detract.

  • i picked this one up on uhf when i was on jury duty

  • @spacepatrolman

Boy anyone who knew Kirby as his character was would know a charge of cowardice is just nuts! Sarge should say so.

  • @gmt3010 No its just there is no jury 3 officers are judges

  • @gmt3010 sarge checked the record and there was only one battle on that hill so they went back there and found german machine gun shells proof that he was taking cover when fired upon by a machine gun and not running away from nothing

  • @chip64c in the soviet union they had a troika 3 judges

  • I thought 3 judges to a court is called a Court En Banc...maybe not
