Dauphin, I am by birth a shepherd's daughter,
My wit untrained in any kind of art.
Heaven and our Lady gracious hath it pleased
To shine on my contemptible estate.

God's mother deigned to appear to me,
And in a vision full of majesty
Willed me to leave my base vocation
And free my country from calamity.

Ask me what question thou canst possible,

Seriously Kate your extremely good, and you look exactly like i would imagine she did although i have seen the movie, i read the play first and thats how i envisioned her ( no pun intended ) i often wondered about her, i took Joan for my confirmation name, sometimes i think she was Physoffrenic ( no i cant spell it sorry ) other times im not so sure , since a lot of her predictions came too pass, a very interesting person you portrayed her brilliantly , and its not easy , my kindest wishs Cathy
