"Do you sometimes notice, on Windows XP, that your Tool Tips disappear behind your Task bar? This is a known bug in Windows XP which Microsoft have failed to fix for over 13 years. Well today, with thanks to the guys over at NeoSmart, you will no longer have to worry about it.

Open your Internet Browser and search for NeoSmart. Then Download the 'Tool Tip Fixer'. If it doesn't show in your Browser, just go to http://neosmart.net find the search field, enter 'Tool Tip Fixer' and click 'Go'.

Now browse to the Tool Tip Fixer page and click the 'Download' button.

Save it to your Desktop. Now double click the EXE file to Install.

If you are logged on as a Limited User, right click the EXE file and select 'Run as...'.

Select an Administrator account, enter the password and Click 'OK'.

Now proceed with the installation.

Once complete, you can check your Tool Tips and finally reed them properly.

As you can see, the Tool Tips appear.

Reboot the computer and the ToolTipFixer.exe will run as a service every time you boot up the PC. It will automatically fix the Tool Tip bug as it occurs.

Bye for now!"
