This is how you get the call:

press the select button in the lower right corner.

look by people's faces

If there is an exclamation point or a pencil writing on a notepad go see what those people need immediately. After you have finished helping those people a note on the bottom of the screen should appear that you have a call. Hope I helped. Tell me if it worked. :)
