Leysin is a magical ski resort, with 60km of pine-tree lined pistes, and a town that has never lost it's local charm. There's gentle skiing for famillies, but is not without suprises for those looking to take on new challenges!

In fact, situated at an altitude of between 1300 and 2000 meters, the impressive terrain has even been known to host high-profile events like the Open championship, or GiantX Tour.

By the time your competitive edge has been thoroughly put to the test, you will no doubt have worked up a hearty appetite ! You'll be more than ready for the Kuklos Restaurant, with it's traditional dishes of the day, seasonal treats & generous buffet.

From it's position of 2048 meters above sea level, you could be forgiven for thinking that the altitude has sent your head spinning, but don't worry... the restaurant IS rotating ! Kuklos is one of only 4 in the Swiss Alps that can boast this engineering feat that, coupled with wall-wall windows, permits you the privilege of 360 degree, stunning, panoramic views.

The restaurant is easily accessible from Leysin village on the Berneuse's telecabine. This should leave you plenty of time to disconnect, switch off the mobile, and savour every inch of the one & a half hour rotation, displaying many famous Swiss summits. With a glass of wine in hand, the backdrop to your conversation will be no less than the Mont-Blanc, Les Dents du midi, Cervin, the Eiger... and why not take a glance at the golden Lake Leman, the Riviera, the Jura and the Rhone valley, while you're there!

Enjoy & don't forget to take your camera- you're going to need it!
