I don't see where it mentioned what heat temperature to cook or to simmer at, and for how long. It looks like it would be good. Yet I'd leave out the cashews.

Is it true that the mango skin is dangerous to eat? Someone told me that a long time ago.

@9aspengold5 , mango skin is not dangerous to eat at all...some mangos have thick skin that would not be good to eat, but the ones with very thin skin, you can try. I guess you have to develop a taste for the mango skin...to me, it does not taste good and the inside is much tastier than the skin. some people are allergic to mango skin, so i hope you are not one of those people. make sure you wash it well before eating. good luck!
