  • whats your power source?I tried everything but my hdds don't spin...

  • I used case from external SCSI HD and its original power supply 5/12V. HD normally requires 0.5 - 1A to operate.

    Also some HD will not spin if there's no signal from magnetic heads or HD it's not connected to PC.
