  • hey i've been doing the program aswell for quite some time now and it has changed me dramatically, no longer on the meds. But, just wondering, do you find that when you're back on top and feeling great, you tend to forget about the program and not continue with audio relaxation sessions? I do and then slip back into the same negative mindset
