Hi Esther, two days before I have got stiffness in back when I was washing clothes. Is this exercise will heal my problem too?
-
Oh hai! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my cousin got amazing Six pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.

Brilliant, after the first time my back felt a lot better

My low back is crazy tight. Lots of stress in life lately. I discovered your video, and I really like your energy, and how you describe and show each part thoroughly. I do some yoga, including restorative, which I love. I'm going to try this now. I do have osteoporosis, so I 'm going to start with a very 'low' towel (like 1 inch) at first. Thank you! I know from past experience it's going to help!

My lower back was very stiff and sore this morning. I stretched a bit then I tried this and my back popped almost automatically. The relief was instantaneous. Thank you!
This is amazing! I have suffered with lower back pain for many years and after the recommended 5 minutes (when my back got really warm is this normal?!) for the first time I didn't have any back pain! Obviously it wore off and the pain gradually came back but I'm going to keep doing this along with strengthening exercises.
As usual thank you so much Esther :) x

@thepurplecrayon86 great, the back getting really warm is the circulation getting in there, good sign! Keep it up..

@VATOLOCO3000 Hi, From a distance I have to say check with your doctor what he/she thinks. I would use a much lower roll and adapt the exercise for you if you would be one of my students here and I could be there to supervise. But I can't from a distance, really see what your doctor says!

Is this excercise recommended for osteoarthritis? I want to ask before attempting it

@PyramidHead2000 Ask your doctor,it depends how progressed it is and where etc. Lengthening and creating space in that area is always recommended. But it is impossible to give you good advice without a closer look!
