Biathlon Competition Training Video Movie

Here is a video of the Sault Ste. Marie Algoma Rod and Gun Club senior competition track. Hopefully this video will be of some use to trainers, coaches and competitors. Many coaches and trainers have never seen what the competitors skate ski on competition day, so here is a run through of the hills, flats and turns and a short run through of the range and penalty loop. This video was shot during take down of the competition area, so the snow fence and markings have been removed. You can plainly see the range and penalty loop towards the end of the video. Did I miss something? I saw skate skiing, but no biathlon and no training.

Interesting enough but no rifle, no shooting, and no range\shooting ramp?

just learn how to cross country ski and shooting. i go to cadets so they train me for free. but ur kinda over age so go learn cross country skiing and shooting. i heard something about canada training kids biatholon and paying them but im not for sure

the point of biatholon is sking really fast but ur endurance is high so when u shoot ur heart rate isnt moving ur gun so u can shoot better. if u can run 20k without stopping u would do amasing. only if u can ski and shoot
