  • @lauriejamesmackeson Great point there Laurie about being able to "see" energy rather than metabolism. People are naturally attracted to high levels of energy.

  • Take a second to consider which is more likely. Someone commenting on your (a) Energy levels or (b) Metabolism, when it comes to you 'give off' the image of energetic image 2 those around you. What I love about the 'Energy Level' as a factor is (a) I can measure it anytime myself for free, (b) Consider/reflect on the individual choices you feel is contributing to the situation- repeat the good things and alter those you feel need altering.
