this is easy to fake. someone is pressing the extended wooden parts of the keys on the inside of the piano. also the same shot was used a few times and as someone else noted the keys dont play what you hear

Fake, the wrong keys are going down. i know its out of sync, but even those keys would sound nothing like it, its in the wrong key for a start

It's called Piano Ballad, composed by Apple. There is no sheet music or Midi whatsoever. There's only one recording, which can be found in the iLife software pack.
