It's basically anytime you circle around the bar (giant swings excluded because you're not CLOSE to the BAR during giants) - ie stalder to handstand, pike circle to HS, hip circle to HS, etc
I know, it's strange... and that's not even a new rule. She did a pike sole circle fwd to handstand at the PKI (??) meet in January (?), so I don't know if she forgot to do it here or took it out cuz it was giving her problems. This routine is a little different from that one three months ago, though.
They're probably just working everything out... seeing how they'll score internationally before worlds. It's early in the season still. They'll fix everything.
