Part 1 of 4. Officer Paul Albrecht target's Kimberguy on Motorcycle and violate his civil rights again. Everything about this stop is illegal. He readily admits he has pulled him over for open carry which is legal in Michigan. Then officer Paul Albrecht states there is a fictious rule that says your licenses states you must conceal. Jackson PD is in dire need of Michigan pistol and rifle law training. This video contains edits in order to capture multiple conversations happening at the same time. This video has come from 4 seperate audio/video streams I tried to keep everything as it happened in real life.

The license says he may carry concealed as well as carrying openly which is a 2nd ammendment right.The cops really need better training on these laws you should'nt have your time wasted so that a cop can sit there learning what you already know,thats wrong,they should be taught at the academy and refreshed weekly.They should also have to learn the constitution since they take an oath to defend & uphold it and a quick glance at the bill of rights would'nt hurt either.Thumbs up if you agree?

This is really disturbing. These police officers are sworn to uphold the law, yet they don't even know the law. How unfortunate for taxpayers who have to fund such ineptness.

This is a direct quotation from the back of my CPL-"This license allows the licensee to carry a pistol on or about his person anywhere in the state,except a licensee shall not carry a concealed pistol at a school,on school property,day care center,child placing acency,sports arena,stadium,bar or tavern where the primary source of income is sale of liquor by the glass,church,synagogue,mosque,­temple or other place of worship,entertainment facility seating more than 2500 people

@michaelruth75 Quit frankly, while this cop might not 100% understand the law, the cop may have a legal point while you are actually DRIVING the motorcycle...

In MI., Open Carry is ILLEGAL when driving a car, even with a CPL, so with you driving your bike and OC, you may also be committing a crime!

I wonder if these cop stops people walking down the street to make sure they don't have a drivers license. After all if you have a license to drive that is the only way you can go anywhere or else it's a violation of your license.
