- Legs -- Squats
- Back -- Rows
- Biceps -- Bicep curls
- Triceps -- Over head extensions
- Shoulders -- Front rise -- Lateral rise
- Combo: Lunges w/shoulder press
- Combo: Bicep curls w/lateral rise
