    whenever i land, my knees always smashing on the ground

  • @Taekcreed You need to push off the ground more with your hands and make sure to plant the foot that comes down first.

  • If and when I visit your parents and HH, I will show you my version of this move. It is slightly varied from yours in that it involves a cup of coffee, a tasty pastry and no movement whatsoever....for I am gravitationally challenged.
