Well if you plan to visit don't carry to much cash/expensive things like rings or watches on your person. Alot of robberies occur.

My girlfriend is from a small city called Vyazniky in Vladimir district (oblast).
A very poor city which is + / - 120 km eastern from Vladimir.

I only know St. Petersburg, Moscow, Vladimir, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk (in work on the local zoo) and Kazan .. I intend to visit more cities when i finish my studies in my own country.

Well I was born in Australia so I consider myself one. My father is half Russian and half Australian and my mother is half french and half polish. French I can understand and speak almost fluently, my russian and polish needs improving.

I'm not from Khabarovsk, I'm not asian either but I am part Russian on my father's side, the other part is Australian, French and Polish.
