@MushrooMars well, little bit history, this song came from a recording session, the "its dare, its coming up coming up its coming up" was actually Shaun getting the levels right in his cans, its actually "its there" but in manc sounds like 'dare'. They made a whole song around that little soundbite. And here endth the lesson.

I remember laughing so hard when I first saw this. To be fair to all the commenters not knowing who Shaun is, I'm 16 and when I first got into Gorillaz when Demon Days came out, had no idea who he was when I saw the music video for 'DARE'. Since then, I discovered Happy Mondays, and am currently reading Shaun's autobiography. He's a legend in his own right, and this video certainly doesn't do him justice. Don't slag him off before you listen to the amazing songs his OWN BAND produced. Thanks ;)
