She's sleeping and wakes with an asthma attack. She hears a couple outside and in her sleep/oxygen deprived state, she hears them tell her that she's dead, and she believes them because she's not breathing properly. As the night goes on, she tries to find different positions in which she can breathe (resembling dancing). She then sees the reaper and he encourages her to keep "dancing" or he'll take her. After dancing for a while, the pain becomes too much, and she asks him to end her suffering.

This sounds like something that would go with the Paranoia Agent episode "Happy Family Planning" where the old man, the gay guy, and the little girl are traveling around trying to figure out how to kill themselves~ It's really a cute episode~
