This Film is so good! its extremely innocent and adorable and sweet and so Sad! 10/10 - great acting , lovely characters , nice music. LOVE IT<333

@kramotakra Yes I know right? We watched this movie in class today and when that scene came, later on our teacher asked us about it and what was possibly going through his mind and someone said that Jess should have taken Leslie along. I love this movie but its sad. I love this movie but it has a happy ending. :)

i have never had a friend like this. although ive never had a friend die in a lake because a dangerous rope that never should have been swung on in the first place broke.

I think what makes this movie so great is that it''s relatable to everyone! Growing up everyone must've had a friend they could share everything with, in this case Leslie and Jess shared the amazing kingdom of Terabithia, which they made up just for the 2 of them. It's really heartbreaking to see them fall in love with each other and right before they have the chance to explore their feelings even more Leslie get's taken away. This movie is haunting me and I keep crying everytime I see it.

that's why the scenes leading to the end are so powerful, esp. with his dad
It's 99.9999% logical that he's at fault:
- He could have taken her along
- He could have been there to save her/call for help etc.
When he passed by her house and didn't take her along, I yelled "NOOO, take the blond girl along" When his family broke the news, I was destroyed. Strangely, just like Josh, I did not cry at first, it took several days before it really hit me
She made him a better person
