Recipe:
Grits
Tasso, Bacon,
Green Onion, Garlic,
Shrimp and Creole Seasoning,
Butter, Chicken Broth
Cook the grits with chicken broth instead of water.
Fry bacon and tasso then set aside.
Cook shrimp, onions and garlic in the bacon fat then add in butter to make a nice gravy in the pan.
Have a cold Coor's to lighten the heat.
