@joe39363 I agree with your comments but also technology can allow you to be extremely creative in ways you could never do before using technology, for instance I can have a full orchestra, grand piano, in my own house. It`s all progress in evolution, people still play real instruments and will do so, I agree that music in the top 40 is getting silly these days with the way it sounds. I do prefer gold old fashioned song writing with real instruments at heart. These are more tools & toys.

@joe39363 lol... I don't think anybody would find this a better alternative to playing real instruments... Drumagog as a replacement tool is pretty darn useful though

@joe39363 Hello friend! You're right, the real music is left out sometimes just to sound better and louder. However, some technologies, like this plugin allows musicians less fortunate and with little money make their music with professional quality. This is the beauty of democracy! Music today is democratic, we can do it in our home with great quality and low cost and then the art is not restricted to industry and their stars. My friend's band - myspace. com / adviceofficial
Pretty soon all musicians will just have to stand on a stage
trigger instruments with our minds. Or better yet, the audience can watch a holographic, imaginary band created by the audience themselves in real-time. Even better, give everyone
electric KoolAid before the show!:)

come on people, drumagog is not built to replace real drums but just to help in the recordings the real drum sound. in fact when you record a drum you wouldn't like the natural sound of the kick-drum and snare (unless you play jazz), so the sound technician puts gates, compressors, limiters and even a trigger to better your sound... not exchange but help (for exemple by adding the trigger to a 30%)... it's used a lot in almost every cd you hear, trust me :) and in live it's rare to find drumagog
