I want my two and half minutes of my life back. This is not even half worthy of being on YouTube. First of all you use the scope. When the enemy is 5 feet in front of you you do not move the mouse, you move your body into position. when you jump out of a corner stop midway and drop down crouch. Try training your muscle memory.
