  • The only people who don't like Avenue Q have never seen it!

  • My attention was diverted from Bush as soon as John walked on stage. ^^

  • @Superstarseven I don't know, but it happens with my comments sometimes too, btw Rick is right that probably was the whole reason G.W. Bush went to war, for the oil btw you know how I said Kevin Clash could play Barack Obama? I mean he wasn't apart of Avenue Q but he is a puppeteer just like Rick, I'd kill to see them do a version of "Everyone's a Little Bit Racist" or "Anything You Can do I can do Better"

btw you're comment's there you probably can't see it

  • @muppetlover16 What I'd like to know is where my original response to you is.

    Did the uploader delete it?

  • @Superstarseven I'd lean towards "let go" as opposed to "fired" btw I e-mailed him asking why Avenue Q doesn't have a Big Bird or Oscar-type character and he said "It doesn't need one, and Trekkie is enough of a grouch to qualify for that I think" and he was very nice about it also I wonder why they couldn't do these today it'd be awesome to see Newt Gingrich (Peter Linz) and Mitt Romney (Rick Lyon) or Barack Obama (Kevin Clash) and John McCain (John Tartaglia) engage in a debate

  • @muppetlover16 It's nice to think that but he was actually let go.

The only person who left to pursue other opportunities was John Tartaglia. He went on to create his own television show and is now doing a nationwide tour of his kids musical. Jen Barnhart, Stephanie D'Abruzzo and Peter Linz are still regulars. It's not as if Rick left in 2002 knowing that Avenue Q was going to be a big hit a year later. I don't think he's that clairvoyant. He was fired.

  • @Superstarseven Yes sir, after Season 33, Rick wasn't getting payed well enough so he said "Joey I quit" then he looked Joey Mazzarino right in the eye and tore up his contract right in Joe's face, actually the real reason Rick left, was because wanted to expand his horizons, and do other projects, had it not been for his 15 years on Sesame Street, though we wouldn't have Avenue Q

  • @muppetlover16 You really sure that's why he doesn't work on The Street anymore?

  • lol John and Rod randomly appear in the back XD

  • She doesn't go to jury duty and STILL meets the president....

  • Making me care about politics. Ur doin it rite.
