Armando demonstrates agility and strength with this overhead press into a backwards roll and hip thrust. Awesome training and loads of fun! Start with a smaller weighht or kettlebell and train gradually to your maximum overhead press weight. The trick is mobile hips and ankles with adequate abdominal pull on the forward roll. Enjoy!
